All MLD products are warranted one year for materials
and manufacturing defects.
All standard ( non custom) equipment can be returned in new and unused condition within 90 days for a full refund of the product price. User seam sealing voids this part of the return option. Test the pitch and size before seam sealing. ***The original shipping charge is not refunded.*** All MLD gear is designed to be extremely lightweight and reasonable care is required. Gear clearly used beyond designs limits of time or abrasion can not be warranted. Any gear involved in a sanctioned wilderness WPW event (World Porcupine Wrestling) can be repaired for a reasonable fee. IMPORTANT INFO ON SHIPPING: *We try to keep it simple and the shipping costs low. We ship by USPS Priority and Parcel Post. We do not add insurance to shipments. We do guarantee your receipt of orders in the US ONLY. *Shipments outside the US are not guaranteed. We only can show we initially shipped the package via the USPS tracking service and then it's up to your country's post office delivery service - and we can not control or insure that. *We can guarantee International shipments for an extra fee and we will only charge the actual shipping charges . That is by UPS International ONLY. Customs Broker fees by UPS may apply and higher shipping fees will apply. Most packages would cost between $45 and $150 insured this way and a full VAT tax by your country would be incurred in all cases. A signature receipt would be required. Contact us before ordering if you need this service. *To help make sure your package arrives safe: Give us an address where someone can check the home mail everyday. Note our delivery times posted on our homepage and plan accordingly. * Not to worry: We enjoy a 99.97% successful delivery rate in the US and about 99.8% overseas using reg mail. For the few times it has not worked, in almost every case the customer was either #1 Not home to rcv the package sometime each day (sometime for weeks) #2The delivery noticed slip is lost in junk mail... #3 Waited over a month past the projected delivery time to inquire about the missing delivery then your Post office holds it for 2-4 weeks and then sends it back - taking up to 6 months return transits for China #4 Customer used a business address and it got lost within the companies mail system #5 Customer failed to tell us about known security delivery issues at the listed address (porch mail thefts) |
